Squarey’s Field
One of my brothers very good friends commissioned me to create this for my brother as a gift.
This field used to belong to our ancestors many moons ago and today both myself and my brother get to walk through it regularly. I have ear marked this field for sledging when we get snow too!
The sky is my favourite in this piece, I deliberated over it for about a month, how to capture the sun and clouds. I also like the grass as this reminded me of carving out hairs on a dog.
